Welcome to FinishersOnline.com, your retail source for professional-grade finishing products from Finishers Depot. We’ve outlined our Terms of Sale below to help you understand how we do business. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Secure Shopping
We take your trust seriously. All transactions on FinishersOnline.com are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. You’ll see a lock icon in your browser during checkout—that’s how you know your information is secure.
We will never sell or share your personal information. Period.
International Orders
At this time, we only accept orders from the United States and Canada.
Ordering & Payment
- We accept major credit cards for all online orders.
- If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we may require daytime and evening phone numbers for verification.
- Product weights listed on the site are used to calculate fair shipping—not actual item weights.
- If any items in your order are unavailable, we’ll notify you via email before shipping.
- Orders not paid in full within 10 business days may be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
- Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
- If your order includes backordered items, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like us to ship what’s available or hold the order until all items arrive.
- You will not be charged for any item that does not ship.
- If a shipment is refused or returned, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please Note:
- We do not ship via UPS to P.O. Boxes.
- UPS does not operate on weekends.
Hazmat Products
Some products we carry are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) and cannot be sold through FinishersOnline.com due to shipping regulations.
To order hazmat products, please contact us directly. We’ll make sure you get what you need—safely and legally.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind what we sell. If you’re not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days for a replacement or refund (subject to the guidelines below).
Product Returns
To request a return, fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form within the 30-day window.
- An RMA number will be issued and is valid for 30 days.
- Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Items must be in resaleable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the item is unopened and returned in new condition.
Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned items.
Warranties
Finishers Depot is a distributor, not a manufacturer. We pass through any applicable manufacturer warranties, but we do not offer additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
We disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost business or revenue
- Third-party claims
- Delays or service interruptions
General Terms
Order Acceptance An order is not binding until we receive payment and accept it. Payment is due before shipment.
Governing Law All sales are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, specifically Harris County. Any disputes must be resolved in the state courts located there.
Severability If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
Waiver Our failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement These Terms, along with your order invoice, represent the entire agreement between you and Finishers Depot.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship. Orders are shipped daily via trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and regional truck lines. We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
If you're located outside the 48 contiguous United States, simply reach out to us at sales@wfdepot.com for a custom shipping quote.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.
